Armando J. Perez-Carreno talks with Vishwadeep Khatri, founder of Benchmark Six Sigma, now Benchmark X360. Vishwadeep ran more than 400 third-party audits before he decided he’d rather coach companies than grade them. His company has since trained thousands of people, along with teams at Google, Boeing, EY, and Tata Motors.
Vishwadeep explains Lean Six Sigma in plain terms: a structured way to find the root cause of a problem, prove it with data, and fix it so it stays fixed. Then the conversation turns to AI, where those habits matter more than ever. Ask a chatbot to fix a bug and it will often hand you a patch. Someone trained to look for root causes keeps pushing until the real problem is solved. If you’re using AI at work, this episode is about learning to direct it well.
